• Minimum order: $120 merchandise subtotal.
• Flat $25 shipping on all US orders.
• FREE US shipping on orders over $500.
• Tracked delivery: every order includes tracking by email.
• Discreet packaging: plain, unmarked parcels.
• Where we ship: USA only, where kratom is lawful. We cannot ship to states or localities that restrict kratom — restricted destinations are cancelled and refunded. See Terms.

Returns

• 30-day window on unopened, resalable items in original packaging.
• To start a return, contact us via the Contact page with your order number.
• Refunds go to the original payment method once the return is inspected.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable; return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless we made an error.
