1. Age requirement (21+)

You must be at least 21 years old to browse or purchase. We verify age at checkout and may cancel orders that fail verification.

2. Legal compliance

Kratom and related alkaloid products are restricted in some states, counties and cities (rules change frequently). You are solely responsible for knowing your local laws. We only complete orders where shipment and possession are lawful, and we may cancel and refund restricted orders. Nothing here is legal advice.

3. Responsible use & health disclaimer

Our products are for informed adults. Do not use if pregnant, nursing, managing a medical condition, or taking medication without a physician’s guidance. Do not drive or operate machinery after use. Products may be habit-forming. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA; products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. 4. Orders, pricing & payment

We may correct pricing errors, limit quantities, or cancel suspected fraudulent orders. Title and risk transfer on delivery. See Shipping & Returns.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Modus SMAX is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from product use or site use. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue.
